The standard chain link in offshore industry is the stud link chain. The stud link offshore chain comes at the grades of R3, R4 and R5, and recently it has been developed the R6 grade.
Our most important product is the second hand stud link offshore chain. The used stud chain for offshore is in Stock in Norway, EU, and Middle East.
We also have hundreds of tones in Stock of new and first hand offshore studlink chain, mostly in Norway and in Asia Pacific (APAC) locations.
The standard Stud Link Chain for Offshore starts at a diameter of 76 to 100 mm as far as it goes for the smaller sizes. In regards of the medium sized standardized options, they start at a diameter of 102 up to 162 which is commonly used in offshore rigs, and is also known as the oil rig chain. This chain is usually connected to a Stevpris anchor. When it comes to offshore wind farms, they use even larger chains, starting usually at 165 mm and going up to 175 mm, or even bigger.
